Our brand new self defense program, ASTIG, is designed with ALL AGES in mind! We want to help our community build their strength and gain the tools they need to feel SAFE.

This program is broken up into 3 age groups....

Kids Bullying Prevention
Women's Self Defense
All Adult Self Defense

Something unique about ASTIG is we are able to bring self defense to your home or office in the form of a WORKSHOP! Please submit a lead to learn more about our ASTIG classes and workshops!
